  Customer service has seriously been lacking lately especially in the drive thru. Employees always seem to be nicer when I come in to order.
   
  I came last night around 10 PM and I tried ordering a few assorted donuts. I asked for the new filled birthday batter ring and the employee told me they were out, and offered the regular filled birthday cake flavored one. Not a big deal, but then I asked for a chocolate iced with sprinkles and she said they were out of those too. I just went ahead with the strawberry iced with sprinkles. Then I asked for original glazed and she says, "yeah, we're out of those too." then chuckles like it's no biggie and says, "actually nevermind" with a very rude tone. Things like this upset me because it's one thing if you are actually out of an item, I get it. But to be out of three items (just the ones i asked for, could have been more) and act like it's funny in front of a guest, is very off-putting and rude.
  
  And after everything was ordered it was dead silent, no repeating back my order, no order total, just about 10 seconds of silence then "pull forward". Wow. Training managers need to pay serious attention to this. I've seen some bad customer service but jeez this one took the cake for me.
  
  The donuts were fine though.

  Beyond pleased with my experience. I was helped out today by Dahnnay; she was extremely kind and amazingly patient. My family loves coupons (I mean who doesn't right!) well we turned out to be THOSE people lol. She had to redo the transaction because I wanted to split it and receive 2 free donuts instead of 1. I didn't tell her on time so everything was already rung up. She had to cancel the transaction and redo everything. The barcode scanner wasn't working so she had to manually input the information, etc. etc.. Dahnnay was so kind throughout the entire 10 minute ordeal. Customer service was at 100% and I will definitely be back here because of this encounter.

  For some reason, the latte here tastes like coffee with a splash of milk, it even looks like coffee with a splash of milk or half and half... A little questionable for a latte. I would not recommend it.

  Really great place, we went through the drive thru Tyler was great! Let us know the seasonal flavors and which would be. A better deal for what we wanted overall very happy
